Agreement
THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (“You”, “Your”, or “User”) AND Iravati Wealth Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India having its registered office at A4/804, Oxford Village, Wanowrie, Pune – 411040. This Agreement governs the use of our services, platform, and related offerings.
Acceptance of Use
Use of the platform is available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts. By accessing and using this platform, you agree to all terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
Terms of Use
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Use of the platform is subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
- You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws.
- You agree not to use the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
Services

Indemnity

Limitation of Liability
Iravati Wealth Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the venue in Pune, India.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
No failure or delay on the part of any party to exercise or single or partial exercise of, any right or remedy under this Agreement will operate as a waiver thereof.
